Favorite Artists：Babyface/Stevie Wonder/Quincy Jones
デビュー前より“a voice from the heaven”と呼ばれる歌声と地元ソウルの教会で続けていたピアノライブが話題となり、TBSドラマ『Ｈ２』の主題歌に大抜擢された「over...」で2005年3月にデビュー、鮮烈にシーンに登場する。
同年11月CXドラマ『１リットルの涙』の主題歌としてシングル「Only Human」をリリースし、話題となる。続けてリリースしたファーストアルバム「Beyond the Sea」は、30万枚を超すヒットを記録。デビューしてわずか1年半で実施した全国ツアー（06年3月《live K tour 2006》全9公演）では、その圧倒的なライブパフォーマンスが評判となる。
2006年12月に2ndアルバム「Music in My Life」、翌07年3月に洋楽カバーアルバム「The TIMELESS Collection VOL.1」と立て続けにアルバムをリリース。
同年10月には初のコラボシングルとなる「この歌を・・・・・・・・♪」（K×ET-KING）を発表。更に2008年6月には“rock'n'roll big band”THE THRILLとの東阪ツアー、11月からは初ミュージカル 「RENT」に挑戦し、既成の枠にとらわれないスタイルで多くの観客を魅了し続けている。
