1999年の結成以降、Story Of The Year, Strung Outなど多くの海外アーティストとの国内共演、また『マーキュリー』所属のStutterflyとの共演を含むUSでのライヴを経て、RufioやThe Usedと言ったUS有力バンドらがFACTを認識、USでの評価を高めて来た。
2005年、初のフル・アルバム『Never turn out the light,to keep myself』リリース。
2008年には、『IMMORTAL』の繋がりから、後にUSのマネージャーとなる人物に出会い、世界TOPクラスの制作陣による全US RECが実現。
2009年4月、遂にAlexisonfire, Face To Face, From Autum To Ashes, The Futureheads, The Get Up Kids, No Motiv, Protest The Hero, Saves The Day, Senses Fail, Thriceなどをリリースする泣く子も黙る『VAGRANT』より自身2枚目となるフル・アルバム『FACT』で、世界デビューを果たす。
2012年からはイギリス人のボーカリスト兼ギタリストAdamが加入し、6人体制での活動をスタート。
