プロフィール
1981年8月5日生まれ、東京出身の女優／シンガー。
シンガーとしては2003年にRUI名義でリリースしたシングル「月のしずく」が100万枚を超える大ヒットとなり、以後本名名義でコンスタントに活動を続ける。
2011年にはボーカロイドクリエイターである「DECO*27」「TeddyLoid」とのユニットgalaxias!を結成し、アルバム「galaxias!」をリリース。
2012年にはシンガーとしてデビュー10周年を迎え、スペシャルボックス「Orb -Ko Shibasaki 10th Anniversary Premium Box-」を発売。2014年にはビクターへ移籍しシングル「蒼い星」を発表している。
